High Risk outsourcing

I was reading an article by Bruce Schneier today and he talks about the difference between good outsourcing and high risk outsourcing... and uses the following example to emphasise the point... I like it.. :-)

• Food assembled by 15 - 18yr olds
• Who can't keep their room clean
• They think that a clean working environment is a day old shirt
• Who don't always use soap and shampoo in the shower
• Who believe that washing their hands is a waste of time
• Who have no credentials or experience
• Who barely have a 10th grade education
• Who couldn't boil water 2 weeks ago
• Who work for a minimum wage
• And they are preparing our food.!!

Makes you think doesn't it........
